Day Van Conversions

Our Day Van Conversions are a comprehensive and customised service designed to transform a standard van into a versatile and well-equipped mobile living space primarily intended for day trips and recreational activities. This conversion process involves several intricate modifications and enhancements to the van’s interior and exterior to create a comfortable and functional environment.

The process beings with insulating the van to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the year, ensuring that occupants are cosy in both hot summers and cold winters. We ply line and carpet the interior walls to provide a visually appealing finish.

Flooring options include industrial and non-slip varieties installed to withstand heavy use and provide secure footing. We carefully design the seating area to maximise comfort and flexibility, with seats or rock ‘n’ roll beds and covers that convert into beds and pop-top roofs. We add windows and roof vents to provide natural light and ventilation, creating a pleasant and airy atmosphere.

In addition to these modifications, the conversion also includes a range of electrical upgrades fridge, ovens, sinks and hobs for cooking and washing. We install exterior and interior lighting to ensure visibility during the day and night. We integrate electrical systems, such as power outlets and USB ports, to charge devices and power appliances, and we include mains hook-ups for when the van is parked at campsites, allowing access to external power sources.

The conversion focuses on optimising storage space within the van, incorporating features like racking and cabinets to keep belongings organised and secure.

Overall, a Day Van Conversion offers a complete and tailored solution to turn your ordinary van into a versatile, comfortable, and well-equipped mobile living space for all your day-tripping adventures.
