Ply Lining: Ply Van Lining is recommended to help maintain the resale value of your vehicle by protecting the interior from bumps and scratches caused by cargo in transit. This type of lining can include side panels, floor, bulkhead or all of the above if required. You also need a plywood lining before you can install carpet.
Ply Lining with Containerdeck Floor: Same as normal ply lining just with containerdeck flooring. Containerdeck Flooring is a specific type of load-bearing flooring system which is designed for vans and commercial vehicles. It consists of panels made from 100% Eucalyptus.
Speedliner: Speedliner is a high performance polyurethane/urea elastomeric product designed specifically for tough build applications. Other properties include high tensile strength, high elongation, and adhesion. When fully cured, Speedliner forms an extremely tough abrasion resistant polymer coating especially well suited for applications requiring protection from impact, abrasion or corrosion on metal, wood or fibreglass (GRP) surfaces. Van linings that are waterproof are sometimes required for vans carrying asbestos, food, cleaning chemicals, and are useful for cleaning businesses.
Polypropylene Lining: These lightweight panels can cut fleet operating costs by reducing fuel consumption, and they’re 100% washable. This lining comes in white or grey, but if you want a specific colour, we can make it. Each panel weighs only 1.5kg per m2 and has potential weight savings of up to 50kg v plywood.
Carpet Lining: Carpet Van Lining is often a go-to for campervan conversions as it gives the van’s interior a professional finish. It adds a layer of carpet on any exposed metal can help prevent condensation from forming inside the van. This type of lining can also provide a bit of extra insulation which is perfect when the temperature drops overnight. It can also help to prevent dampness/condensation from forming inside.
