Steelmate Rear Parking Sensors
The Steelmate Rear Parking Sensors are a premium 4 sensor rear upgradeable parking sensor kit.
Rear parking sensors are an excellent addition to vehicles, especially those with limited front visibility or in situations where parking spaces are tight. They can help prevent minor collisions, reduce damage to the vehicle, and increase overall safety.
It comes with push fit sensors and OEM sounding speaker. The system can be programmed to ignore tow bars, nudge bars or spare wheels. The PTS400EX (DP) is compatible with our DS1 & DS2 visual displays and can be used as a 2 sensor front or rear system if required.
The sensor hole size is 19mm in diameter. The visible external diameter of the sensor head is 22.9mm with a depth of 20.1mm. They have detachable cables and the option to change sensor head angle between 4 and 10 degrees. The kit will include a removable angled clip-on ring.

We provide a sensor colour coding service that allows you to spray the sensors to match your vehicle’s colour, incurring an additional cost. Please add our Colour Coding Service to your basket when ordering your Parking Sensors. You will then need to enter your vehicle make, model, colour name and colour code under the order notes section at the checkout process or if you prefer let a member of our staff call you to obtain the colour code for your vehicle. Usually, you can find the colour code on the vehicle’s VIN plate or door shut.
